Steps

1. Enroll contact in “[CSM Name] - January MBR Scheduling” sequence. The first email will be automatically sent.

   2. If the contact replies or books a meeting via your meeting link, they will be unenrolled from the sequence automatically.
2. If the contact does not reply or book, you will be assigned a task in 2 business days to send the next email.

   2. This email is not automatic, so that if the contact schedules time with you via a call or outside this thread, no email goes out.
3. If the contact still has not replied or booked, you will be assigned a task in 2 business days to send a dashboard review email in lieu of a call.
   1. Follow the instructions above to send a manual email.
