What to cover in your Loom video

Introduce the concept of MBRs and what you’ll be covering.
Script example: Hey [client name], I’m excited to be delivering your first Monthly Business Review for December. These are designed to help you maximize your use of sojo and stay on top of best practices and what’s new. Today we’ll give you a quick overview of your account, cover any open support issues and projects and highlight a few products that you’re not currently using yet.

A quick summary of their account.
Script example: This slide gives you a quick overview of your sojo account.
- Address any inactive properties: “You currently have 25 inactive properties. I have a note that we plan to reactivate those for you on January 31. Let me know if there are any changes there.”
- Highlight total orders: “sojo completed 500 orders for you in December - was a busy month!”
- Support ticket overview: “You submitted 3 support tickets last month. Looks like there’s still one unresolved ticket. Let’s talk about that today.”
- Open custom branding projects: “You have 2 open custom branding projects right now. We’ll review the status of those here in a minute.”
- New products added: You didn’t add any new products last month. I’ll give you a quick highlight of one category of products I’d love to test out with you all this month at the end of the video.
Support ticket summary
An overview of all tickets submitted last month.
- Address any learnings from closed tickets: “You submitted two tickets last month for missed shipments. Looking at your account, I’m wondering if we should look at shifting back your delivery date. That would help us to miss less shipments and give you more confidence in deliveries. If you’re open to that, I’d love to discuss it further the next time we talk.”
- Address any open tickets: “You have one open ticket regarding broken PRO kits. This has been a common issue and we just reworked the way we produce those bags to reinforce the sides. So, this should become a non-issue here soon. If you receive any broken kits in the meantime, please continue to let us know so we can credit you and make sure you have enough usable product on hand.”
Custom branding project summary
Cover all open custom branding projects and their status.
Script example: “You have two open custom branding projects right now. The first are your new welcome bundles which are currently just waiting on your final signature on the design. I’ll ask the team to nudge those up to the top of your inbox when I send this. Let me know if you don’t see it. The other project is your new kitchen kits. Those are scheduled to arrive end of February and I’ll keep you in the loop as we get closer.”
