This form is a combo of some of your recs and our hopes and dreams. Since getting a free sample kit is a big carrot, we want to ask people to work harder to get it. We imagine a form process that is collects lots of relevant data we can use to better sell to them (and use for interesting stats to share in other content) and provides education throughout the process by incorporating real-time feedback based on responses (e.g., "You're spending more than X% of properties in your market" or "Based on your setup, we recommend XYZ sample kit").
