For the Team — Your Job Before Monday

You pick your 3 deals. Not Max. Not a report.

Come in ready to talk about:

  1. The deal most likely to close this month — What's the status? What's the last thing they said?
  2. The deal most at risk of going cold — What's actually happening? What's your real concern?
  3. A deal you lost recently — What happened? What would you do differently?

For each one, know the answer to these three questions before you walk in:

"What is actually true about this deal right now?"

"What's the one thing, if answered, that would tell you if this deal is real?"

"What's your next move and when exactly is it happening?"

If you can't answer those, read your HubSpot notes before Monday morning. No slides, no prep doc — just know your deals.
