    1. Under 100 properties = Tier 3 Sample Kit
    2. Over 100 properties = Tier 1/2 Sample Kit
  4. Search for Prospect’s contact AND Company in HubSpot (should already exist In there) and update all necessary fields (Name, # of props, email, PMS, Contact & Company Tier, Contact & Company Owner, Samples Shipped Yes/ No)

  5. Reply to email:

    Hey [contact name],

    I am stepping in for [sender name] as they are OOO for client visits. I’ve got your samples processed, and they should be on their way to you so keep a lookout for a shipping update!   6. Manually enroll prospect in Samples Shipped Tier X Sequence

    1. Tier 1 = 250+ properties
    2. Tier 2 = 100 - 249 properties
    3. Tier 3 = 25 - 99 properties
    4. Tier 0 = < 25 properties —> can not work with them

  1. Prospect requests samples on getsojo.com or from a Google Ads form (campaign run by marketing)
  2. Request will come through on the Tickets page in Hubspot
    1. CRM —> Tickets —> Sample Requests —> NEW
  3. Qualify Prospect in HubSpot
    1. Company Name
    2. Website
    3. Property Count
    4. PMS
    5. Lead Status/ Lifecycle Stage : In Progress // SQL
  4. Copy & Paste address from ticket (hover mouse over ticket) into Acumatica
    1. Follow Samples Order Demo
  5. Move ticket to “ORDERED” in HubSpot once ACM order is completed
