Sales team is goal oriented and focused on attaining and beating their sales quota!

Sales quota is measured in # of homes acquired onto the sojo platform

  1. Deal must be sold with approved pricing (pricing in the green on pricing tool or pricing approved by Max)
  2. Deal must be sold with an average order value greater than $15.00
  3. Deal must go active! Failed activations do not count towards sales quota

If a client meets the above criteria - the account executive is paid $7.50 per home activated on the platform until sales quota is MET

Over-performance is ENCOURAGED and REWARDED

Qualifying clients ABOVE quota attainment will be paid out at $11.00 per home (no cap)
