If you’re working with a new client on their first custom branding order, follow these steps to get them into the design and production queues.

  1. Create a ticket in the custom branding ticket pipeline.
  2. The ticket name should be the client’s name.
  3. Set the Custom Branding Order Type to “New client”
  4. Ticket status = “New”
  5. Set yourself as the Ticket Owner
  6. Associate the correct Company and Contact.
  7. Click “Create”
  8. Send "Tier X Custom Branding Kickoff - [Your Name]" Template
    1. Then complete the task within the ticket.
  9. Post-custom branding kickoff call, the marketing team will own the ticket.
