If you’re working with a new client on their first custom branding order, follow these steps to get them into the design and production queues.
- Create a ticket in the custom branding ticket pipeline.
- The ticket name should be the client’s name.
- Set the Custom Branding Order Type to “New client”
- Ticket status = “New”
- Set yourself as the Ticket Owner
- Associate the correct Company and Contact.
- Click “Create”
- Send "Tier X Custom Branding Kickoff - [Your Name]" Template
- Then complete the task within the ticket.
- Post-custom branding kickoff call, the marketing team will own the ticket.
