If you’re working with an existing client on updates to a future product reorder, follow these steps to get them into the design and production queues.

  1. As soon as the conversation begins, create a ticket in the custom branding ticket pipeline. We will store the ticket in the pipeline to flag the production team to review that client’s product/design before reordering.
  2. On ticket creation, Hubspot will create three tasks you’ll need to complete:
    1. Collect client design assets. If the client is requesting new designs with new logo/colors, please submit a new asset collection form. You’ll need to send this Typeform which will ask them for their design assets, as well as some general design questions to get a feel for their brand.
    2. Package selections. Indicate any changes to their package/product selections in a note.
    3. Package pricing. Indicate any pricing changes in a note.
  3. Once all three tasks are complete, the marketing team will own the ticket through production (Even if we’re just changing components, we’ll need to create a new design package.)
