If a client reports a product issue (or you experience one yourself), follow these steps to report it:

  1. Submit the product issue form via Jira. Be sure to include as many details as possible (sojo product or custom branded, timeline, context, photos. etc.)
  2. If the issue…
    1. requires client follow up or a product change, we’ll work with you directly to address.
    2. does not require client follow up, we’ll log the issue to help track common reports.
