If a client reports a product issue (or you experience one yourself), follow these steps to report it:
- Submit the product issue form via Jira. Be sure to include as many details as possible (sojo product or custom branded, timeline, context, photos. etc.)
- If the issue…
- requires client follow up or a product change, we’ll work with you directly to address.
- does not require client follow up, we’ll log the issue to help track common reports.
