    1. logic: massive VRM, would ultimately be treated as a franchise. In desperate need of ops help.
    2. Strategy: could get into it similar to Grand Welcome, where we get one branch in then go from there.

    1. logic: land and expand. With 3-6 franchises putting their trust in sojo, we can offer easy activation and trusted service.
    2. strategy: Compile full contact list for all franchises.
      1. call, call, VM
      2. follow up email > schedule meeting
      3. did you know about sojo + GW relationship email
      4. GW testimonial email
      5. CTA & share contact for future
  3. 30a +++ area
    1. logic: bread and butter prospects, hopefully will yield a clear look at what out reach is more successful that others.
    2. strategy: Would be good to A/B test here.
      1. A. Call, call, leave VM
        1. send FU email
      2. B. Email:
        1. light subject line that makes them think we are a guest or someone they need to respond to (get them to open)
        2. Short, and sweet email, with a hook and clear call to action. (use of bold, maybe a mention of 360 blue?)
  4. Porter
    1. logic: Rapidly growing manager, buying out long-standing VRMS in multiple regions. Clean cut branding. Automation/branding will be big appeal, probably more eco-friendly regions
    2. strategy: work it from both ends.
      1. bottom up: identify GM, ops director, head of HK, within each company they’ve purchsed (by location).
      2. top down: who is on c-suite? get to know everything about them (tabatha).
        1. Ideas: Curate out reach to them, conference approach, mutual friends referral, ROADSHOW in September for streamline / VRMA.
