Weekly smart bulk is the best for sojo - we can send the most amount of amenities in the smallest amount of packaging. My Vacation Haven is a perfect client for this.
Direct to property is going to be a bad order value to shipping: Oasis, New Nest, etc.
Where sojo becomes really sticky is kitted in bags. Consolidates shipments. We can fit more bags in a shipping box. Lewis Realty - they like boxes because they can stack (larger storage area)
Client best experience is kitted in bags and all of the amenities we offer.
Paper products - if they dont go with us, someone is still counting rolls or TP and PT. We lose some of our value when that happens. If you buy from costco and store in home, you cant monitor this. You have no idea what is being used.
For sojo, paper is more costly.
