What’s next for our dishwasher solution

We are upgrading your dishwasher tablets to our new dishwasher pacs, which will be sojo’s new standard moving forward. We’ve done extensive research to find a solution that will be the best fit across markets and machine types. Here are a few key callouts on this new solution:

• Uncompressed powder pac
• Grease-fighting power with enzyme action
• Power of activated bleach
• Contains a rinse aid
• Smaller pac fits more easily into dishwashing dispensers
• Safe for septic systems
• Phosphate-free
• Chlorine-free

We’re finalizing things now and will have samples and a timeline for implementation soon.

Interim solutions

If a client reports a pod issue, here are suggested actions to take to help recover the situation:

1. Submit a product issue report.
2. Check this dish tablet cutover report to find out when the client’s product will transition from pods to tablets, which also indicated whether the tablets will be packaged in plastic or kraft paper.
3. If the client isn’t okay to wait it out until their tablet transition, you can offer the following (please try #1, then #2, etc.)
   1. Offer a discount on their kitchen kits until the transition. Submit a pricing request and include the client’s current kitchen kit pricing to find out how much we’re able to discount.
   2. Offer to have the pods removed from their kits.
      1. If the client is on sojo, use the skus below to indicate they need a de-podded kit:
