Goal

In 2024, we aim to onboard 225 additional units within Monarch Collective, followed by 2,000 more units in 2025. By providing seamless service and reducing operational overhead, Sojo will help Monarch reach its goals while enhancing the experience for each brand in their network.

• Tracking and Reporting: Use HubSpot’s partnership pipeline to track unit growth, engagement levels, and feedback, providing a comprehensive view of account health and opportunities. All communications to be logged through HubSpot.
