If a client makes a request for a product outside our catalog, please follow the steps below to submit the ask to the product team.

  1. Submit the New Product Request form via Jira.
    1. Fill in as much detail as you can including client details, product details (links and pictures are helpful), context for the ask, etc.
    2. Note that we will prioritize requests for Tier 1 clients. Requests from Tier 2 clients will be considered. Requests from Tier 3 clients will likely be saved for future review.
  2. The Product team will review the request and determine whether it’s something we can pursue. We’ll notify you either way within 3-4 days.
  3. Please allow up to two weeks for us to gather details. As soon as we have them, we’ll put together a proposal that you can share with the client.
  4. Once we send you the proposal, we’ll close out the Jira ticket.
