If a client makes a request for a product outside our catalog, please follow the steps below to submit the ask to the product team.
- Submit the New Product Request form via Jira.
- Fill in as much detail as you can including client details, product details (links and pictures are helpful), context for the ask, etc.
- Note that we will prioritize requests for Tier 1 clients. Requests from Tier 2 clients will be considered. Requests from Tier 3 clients will likely be saved for future review.
- The Product team will review the request and determine whether it’s something we can pursue. We’ll notify you either way within 3-4 days.
- Please allow up to two weeks for us to gather details. As soon as we have them, we’ll put together a proposal that you can share with the client.
- Once we send you the proposal, we’ll close out the Jira ticket.
