Diana's PMI - Palmetto is still sitting in Presentation Scheduled (demo stage) with a Friday close date — a clear mismatch. Each rep must call their contact, log it in HubSpot by Thursday EOD, and either advance the deal stage or update the close date to reflect reality.

No logged activity = non-compliance.
Result: Diana ⚠️ Partial — called contact on Monday (March 23) and updated close date to April 30, but stage remains in Presentation Scheduled. Kelsey ❌ Non-compliant — no logged call, meeting, or note this week; close date unchanged at March 31.
