Focus: Touch every overdue Proposal/Pricing deal this week — log a contact, update the close date to a real projected close, or move to Closed Lost by Thursday EOD.
Friday check: Every deal currently in Proposal/Pricing with a close date before April 13 should have one of the following logged after today: (1) a new contact/note, (2) an updated close date, or (3) a stage change to Closed Lost. Deals with zero action will be called out.
