Slide 2: Problem is very guest-experience focused. Can we add a call out for ‘VIP checking in’ ‘we’re out of space!’ ‘where is our order?’

Slide 3 in-house: image needs to focus on a business and not a home. Storage room with boxes everywhere, TP stacked to the ceiling, rows and rows of gallon dish soap, people rolling trash bags, etc. A real back of house shit show.
