  1. Abby to send link to submit assets via Typeform as soon as the client meets requirements:
    1. Payment method on file
    2. Integrated
  2. Abby to submit Custom Branding Form so marketing can take over client communication.
  3. Abby lets client know that the Custom Branding Team will be reaching out to kick things off.

MARKETING OWNS - Marcia main point of contact

  1. Carley to take responses from the CB Form and create a project for the design team in Notion + a ticket for Gregg in Hubspot (eventually Jira).
  2. Check if kickoff call was requested:
    1. If yes, Marcia to reach out to client and copy Abby and CSM (if assigned) to schedule call.
    2. If no, Carley to reach out to client introducing the design process and setting expectations.
  3. Continue through concept and dieline phase as usual, copying Abby and CSM (if assigned) on all communication.
  4. Once dielines signed, they are uploaded to ticket along with product/pricing details and moved into Gregg’s court.
