Quota went up, comp went down

• I have to close roughly 16.5K properties to make what I did last year in comp based on this new structure.
• I hate having to come to you to figure this out.  If I meet 8K it should be equal or more that I was paid last year.
• You have it set up to if I meet my quota you're paying me half of what I made last year. I feel like I am working my ass off to make less money than I did last year while hunting more. Did you see my Q1 and you don't want to pay me double?
