- 📢 Problem: Not enough order quantity for one offs (pantry) to buy bulk or specialize how it is packaged.
- Solution? Selling from the bottom up: how many clients do we need to upsell on X in order to get the price point/quality where we need it. In slow sales seasons, market intro specials to existing clients to get to X.
- 📢 Thought: some type of central location for sales to have insight on cost per unit/ sojos profit per unit.
